Grilled snapper Sautéed Oyster mushroom

3 garlic gloves

6 anchovy fillets

Parsley 1/2 bunch

Butter 1 Tbl spoon

Olive oil 1 Tbl spoon

Salt to taste

Sautéed garlic in butter and olive oil over medium heat

Add mushrooms 200g and sautéed until water reduces

Add chopped anchovies and stir all together for 5 minutes

Remove pan from heat and add parsley and add cracked pepper.

Drizzle anchovy oil before serving

Fish just grilled with salt and pepper and drizzled with olive oil when cooked.
